Who we are

Tires Ready is operated by Tires Ready LLC and sells new and used tires. This policy explains how we handle personal information through tiresready.com and our store communications. Information we collect and why

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, order details, and messages. We use this information to operate customer accounts, process and communicate about orders, arrange pickup, answer questions, prevent fraud, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Orders are currently offered for local pickup.

The website and its service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, and security logs to operate and protect the store. Shopping and login features use cookies to maintain your cart and account session. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect these features.

Payments and operational providers

Our checkout uses Stripe. When you use a payment method offered at checkout, Stripe and the selected payment provider process payment and transaction information under their own privacy notices. Installment providers may use information to assess eligibility and administer payments. See the Stripe Privacy Policy. Hosting, network, and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver communications. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues.

Order emails and Google account access

Tires Ready uses FluentSMTP and the Gmail API to send store and order-related emails from its business Gmail account. Only an authorized business account is connected; customers are not asked to connect their Google accounts. The connection requests permission to send email on behalf of that business account, not to read its inbox.

Email recipients, subjects, and message contents are processed by Google to deliver these messages. FluentSMTP handles the authorization connection, and connection credentials are stored encrypted in our WordPress configuration database. WordPress email logs may contain recipient addresses and message contents and are configured to be deleted after 14 days; sent messages may also remain in the business Gmail account according to its retention settings. Authorized store administrators may access these records for support and delivery troubleshooting.

Google account access is used only for sending store communications, not advertising or selling Google user data. Tires Ready’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The business account owner can revoke access through Google Account permissions. Privacy requests can be sent to tiresreadyfl@gmail.com.

Retention and security

We retain account, order, and support information as needed to provide services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and purpose. Email-log retention is described above. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can contact tiresreadyfl@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. We may retain records required for legal obligations or other permitted purposes. Your rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law.

Updates

We may update this policy as the store and its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
