Refund and Returns Policy

Tires Ready LLC — effective September 28, 2026.

New tires

New tires may be returned within 30 days of pickup if they have never been mounted or used and remain in their original condition. All returns are subject to inspection. Mounted or used tires are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Used tires — final sale

All used-tire sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of used tires for change of mind. Please confirm the size and inspect the tire’s condition before accepting it at pickup.

Incorrect items or suspected defects

If you receive an incorrect tire or believe a tire has a defect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description and photos. These concerns are reviewed separately from change-of-mind returns. Any manufacturer warranty claim is subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How to request a return

Email tiresreadyfl@gmail.com or call 954-853-0007 with your order number or proof of purchase. Contact us before bringing tires back so we can arrange inspection at 2900 Gateway Drive, Pompano Beach, FL 33069.

Refunds

After inspection, we will notify you of the return decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Pickup and cancellation requests

We currently offer local pickup only. To request cancellation before pickup, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm the order’s status and available options.
